ANF’S RESPONSE TO THE
CORONOVIRUS PANDEMIC
Please know that your health and safety are of the utmost importance to the ANF Leadership Team. We have been closely monitoring the Governmental responses and requirements regarding the Coronavirus. To help reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, ANF is taking extra precautionary methods to keep you and your family safe while we fight this pandemic together.
Our Staff met today, and we want you to be aware of the procedures that have been put in place.
We have devised a Three-Tier Action Plan for our response to this Pandemic:
1) Level One – We will have Service as Normal, with extra -precautionary sanitary measures. While we
normally clean and sanitize the facility twice weekly, we are taking some additional measures to deep clean
the communal areas with commercial grade cleaning supplies after every gathering. We are asking that all
congregants please be mindful of the CDC recommendations for good hand washing habits; use tissue or elbow to
cover cough or sneeze; refrain from touching or hugging; and to PLEASE stay home if you feel sick or are suffering
from flu-like symptoms, or any underlying health conditions that may cause your immune system to be weakened. Lastly, we ask that you PLEASE utilize the Hand Sanitizing Stations outside of each entrance as you come and go.
*Small Group Ministry Meetings and/or rehearsals will continue as planned.
2) Level Two - Should the pandemic become more widespread and our service area is at a greater risk, we will
move to Level Two of our Action Plan. This Plan calls for an Online Service that can be viewed via Facebook
Live. Only essential personnel will report to the Church to help ensure a Service that will meet the spiritual
needs of our Family and Community. Essential Personnel includes: Pastors, Worship Team and Musicians,
Media Ministry, Security Team, and Staff Members.
*Small Group Ministry Meetings and/or rehearsals will be approved on a case-by-case basis.
3) Level Three - Should an all-out local or national quarantine be put in place, we will move to Level Three of our
Action Plan. The Facility will be completely CLOSED, and the Pastors will do a PODCAST via Facebook Live.
WE ARE CURRENTLY OPERATING UNDER LEVEL TWO OF OUR ACTION PLAN!
SHOULD A CHANGE BE NECESSARY, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU.
